“…we’ve seen another report looking at the social determinants of health, which are all those things that effect our health, and it’s the same determinants that impacts incarceration like employment, education, housing, mental health, all of them, that’s been done – it’s been tabled in parliament and it’s now sitting on a bookshelf.”
